Do you offer white-glove delivery and setup?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for all mattress and sofa orders. Our team will deliver, unbox, and set up your new furniture in the room of your choice, and we can even remove your old mattress for a small additional fee.
What is your sleep trial period for mattresses?
We offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after a 30-night break-in period, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different firmness level.
How long does it take for a 'mattress-in-a-box' to expand?
Most of our compressed mattresses will expand to 90% of their full size within 2 to 4 hours. However, we recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours for the mattress to fully decompress and for any new-product scent to dissipate.
Are your bed frames compatible with all mattress types?
Our bed frames are designed with heavy-duty slats that provide excellent support for memory foam, hybrid, and traditional innerspring mattresses without the need for a box spring.
What kind of warranty comes with your sofas and sectionals?
All of our sofas come with a limited 5-year warranty covering the internal frame structure and spring systems, along with a 1-year warranty on fabric upholstery and cushion integrity.
